Refund and Returns Policy

At EliGico Technology (eTech), we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and returns on products and services.
Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a completed service installation, please contact us within 7 business days of project completion. We will dispatch a technician to inspect the work and resolve any issues at no additional charge.
Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Labor costs are generally non-refundable once work has been completed and signed off by the client.
Product Returns
Products purchased through EliGico Technology may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from damage, installation marks, or modifications
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Installed or activated equipment
- Custom-ordered or special-order products
- Software licenses and subscriptions
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation by others

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Warranty
All EliGico Technology installations include a 1-year labor warranty. Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms. Contact us for warranty claims.
